The idea was to create a light, natural and warm environment using glass effect acrylic door fronts and a light wood contrast. A budget of £25,000 – £30,000 was set.

Our client loved to entertain so we wanted to create a very functional, easy maintenance cooking space that would be ideal for hosting large dinner parties…

We felt that using fresh modern colours for the walls combined with a neutral colour pallet for the kitchen would really compliment the house and increase the natural light. We used Bardolino Oak panelling to provide a warm contrast in the room and David created a fantastic shelving unit between the tall larder fridge and window area for books and other decorative display items.

We wanted to create an ambient setting at night so once again we used warm LED strip lighting to illuminate and highlight the units. As we wanted to create a completely seamless look, we used Corian Clam Shell worktops so we could manufacture the sink and upstands in one piece.

Ivory polished porcelain tiles were used on the floor to enhance the natural light with underfloor heating also Installed by the Signature Team for the cold winter months..

We painted the wall a Green English mist to give the room a very natural feel and bring the outdoors inside..
